This week has gone so fast! Probably because it has been so fun.
We went to Isabella's preschool Halloween party on Wednesday night. It was adorable. All of the kids looked so cute, they all brought their pumpkins ready to carve. Everyone carved them, and we set them all up with candles. Too much cuteness! I will post pics as soon as I can figure out how to do that...
Isabella had two costumes to chose from, she went with Miss Spider (from Sunny Patch) and for trick or treating today she will be a Kangaroo ( my personal favorite).
Again, pictures coming soon! Umm...also why did they yuck weather have to start today, nothing like chasing a three year old kangaroo on dim streets in the rain.
I also bought baby boy's carseat and stroller yesterday. It was very exciting. It really makes this whole thing feel real. I had to move the straps down to the smallest settings, so tiny.
Isabella loaded it up with stuffed animals and took them for a stroll, I think overall they were comfortable and the ride was smooth.
Have a Happy Halloween everyone!

The Weekend is Over already?
Well just a little about the weekend....umm nothing super exciting. Friday night we stayed in and I spent the night getting ready for a makeup job on Saturday. Saturday while I was gone working, Jose and Bella were on their own.
I think that they had a great time as they always do! I was so happy to get back home (which took forever because there was a Husky game!), but I really love it when they get to spend time together just the two of them.
After I got home we left for Everett, my sister-in-law made us a delicious late lunch/dinner. By the time we got there we were starving so we ate super fast. It was a Peruvian dish called arroz con pollo, or rice and chicken. YUM! I was looking for a picture of it, because like most Peruvian cuisine it is a very pretty dish, but no luck. I found a pretty good recipe instead. After that we went home and I fell asleep at 10:30pm, I blame spending the day in high heels with this little boy weighing me down!

Number 1
Well, I am now a blogger. Can you put that on a resume? I think I might.
I thought this would be a fun way to keep in touch with people, near and far. I am always freaking out about my minutes, so unless you are in my five, this is probably it for the rest of you. Just kidding, I have free nights and weekends :)
We found out yesterday that we are indeed having a little boy! Jose was probably the happiest person on the planet. He is looking for his soccer team's jersey in xxs.
I wanted to blog about, well being a mom. That is what I spend most, if not all of my time doing. I work here and there as a freelance makeup artist, but as wedding season comes to an end there is not too much right now.
I am going to try and keep up on the blogging. The first time I set this up, I left it so long without a post they shut it down. My goal is to post just enough for that to not happen again. (More that once every six months?)
xoxoxo
Here is a link to my photobucket for the rest of the ultrasound pics:
